Daytona Motorsports Summer Academy

Summer Academy 2010 Presented by the Center for Community & Professional Education at Daytona State College this summer academy for gifted or high-achieving students in grades eight through 12. During two week-long sessions, July 19th -30th, students will use race engineering and technology on remote control cars 1/10th the scale of actual race cars. The program, valued at $450, is no cost to participants, because of funding from the Governor's Gifted Summer Program.
