Calendar of events at Daytona State announced for April 2012
DAYTONA BEACH, FL (March 9, 2012) - Daytona State College presents the following calendar of events for April 2012.
Events are open to the public and free of charge, unless otherwise noted.
Center for Business and Industry
April 3, 4, 5 & 7, 5 - 9 p.m. (week nights), 8 a.m. - noon (Saturday)
Certified Pool Operator Training Course
Presented by the Center for Community and Professional Education at Daytona State College, this 16-hour course is designed to provide the knowledge necessary to safely and efficiently manage and operate swimming pools and spas. Upon completion of this course, the student must demonstrate knowledge of the topics covered in the CPO course, outlined below, by successfully answering 75% of the questions on the National Swimming Pool Foundation written CPO certification exam. The course fee is $275 including text book. This course may qualify for funding through The Center for Business Excellence, email training@cbe_fvc.org for more information.
