Falcon Aid, the Daytona State College Student Help Desk, is the first point of contact for students seeking all types of technical assistance, such as forgotten passwords, Desire2Learn access used by Florida Online classes, problems accessing Web sites, troubleshooting software, and even technical assistance with their home computers.
